I bought an 09 escape from this dealership and within a year of owning it. The transmission rotted on us and started leaking fluid. The transmission needed to be replaced. We then traded that vehicle back to them for an 07 f350 and had this vehicle for less then 3 months and the seal in the oil pump broke which cost me 1000 in labor by ford. A year later yeah guess what the transmission started acting up and it is now at another ford dealer but thank God that the transmission was covered on my extended warranty but I still need to come up with 600 out of pocket for fluid filter inspection and sales tax. Not buying from these guys again
I went here Saturday found a 2016 Ford Focus perfect for my family because we have bad credit and very tight budget. We put $500 down.Great salesman and friendly staff. Great environment. Definitely will be going back when I need another car.
I had an excellent Experience with the crew at Faith's Ford. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, the price I wanted for my trade-in, and the price I was willing to put down. ALL THREE of these needs were met! These are not your average "car guys" and I mean that. They are real people helping real people get a safe, reliable, great looking car for a hell of a price. I highly recommend them! Especially Nate Head, Maurice, and Dusty!
The comment under mine is false. I did buy my 2 vehicles from this dealship. They were also able to pull all my information on what i bought and who sold me the vehicals. Then they told me that they don't sell trucks that old but a month ago there was a 02 f350 out front. They sell whatever they can to make money. They then asked me to remove this review and I told them No because they have not made anything right. My fluid and filter was replaced before I we found out the transmission was junk. Which cost 4500 to replace thanks. I also had the truck for 92 days and the oil pump seal broke so that was 1300 out of my pocket. I asked them to pay the 600 that I had to pay out of pocket to make this right. Did they NO they didn't, they wrote this on the bottom. So if you have a problem with you vehicle don't count on them to make it right. I would never go back to this place but I heard Summit up the road has better service and takes care of there customers.
The track record of Faith's Ford service department just gets better and better. After being very jaded of dealership service for many years it's really refreshing to enjoy vehicle specific maintenance and repair protocols, professional service, and a real willingness to go the extra mile for the customer while offering extremely competitive rates. There has been only one instance of a higher service quote (and it was a LOT higher) than another local shop, but in all fairness I'm convinced that Faith's quote included a more comprehensive repair. I've even begun to bring my non-Ford vehicles to them for repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections. I really hope this level of performance continues, because they have a very convenient location for me and always seem to keep to the quoted price and schedule. If they do, I will absolutely remain a customer.
BUYER BEWARE! I recently bought new tires for a Ford Escape here. I also had an alignment performed. When I got the invoice, I noticed something that the service staff hadn't flagged. It was called, "Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order" above the line item charges (in the amount of $37.60) and then, again, under MISC CHARGES where it was represented as $17.60 (two different amounts for the same charge). When I asked what this was I was told it was a charge for items that were common to all repairs such as grease, certain fluids etc. When I asked how this was calculated, I got the run around; and, truthfully, no one could explain it. LOOK TO SEE IF THIS IS ON YOUR BILL AND DON'T PAY IT!! It's a contrived charge as they can't know what the volume of repairs are going to be in a given year and can only know what common products they use from the previous year. At best, it's a wild guess charge. Again, don't pay it.
