Do not walk run away as fast as you can from this severely disorganized company. Horrible service, major reliability issues.
I really think the quality of their service has fallen since they took over from Flemings. I can't believe they would abandon a 25 year customer on a Thanksgiving Weekend.
Our products (propane furnace and on demand water heater) are newly installed and great so far. We really like how responsive Dead River service providers are. We needed an installation follow up visit and the technicians came the next day, which was wonderful. We have also been impressed with the frequency of fuel delivery in the winter. We never worried about running low on fuel. Dead River Company was recommended to us by a family member and we absolutely would pass on that recommendation to others. Thank you, Dead River Company!
