This is a really fantasy place. Every class I've taken here has given me exactly what I needed and then some. The instructors, the space itself, and the energy of the studio are quite a treat.
I went to a lot of yoga studios before I found Bodhifit and found my home. I still go to other classes once in a while, but Kristin's class is the best I have found anywhere. It is hot vinyasa flow with an emphasis on fitness and a spiritual element that is just right.
I always enjoy the workout/guided meditation that Kristin provides in the hot yoga class. I always leave feeling cleansed mentally and physically.
I absolutely love these classes. Kristin and Sarah offer flows and meditations that are challenging to the body and uplifting to the spirit. The infrared heat is also amazing.
