Penelope arms is the WORST real estate agent I've ever dealt with! She has no clue how to sell a house in New Hampshire and should have her license revoked. I can only imagine how the rest of this company's agents are after dealing with her. Sad hous buying should be a fun exciting experience and penny and her ignorant client ruined it for me and my pregnant wife. 2 weeks of games and unclear answers. What a waste. Time for her to retire.
