9:03 called today on Wed and was told delivery orders are done for the night. This isn't the first time this has happened. Other days when they should have been opened the phone just rings and rings with no answer. When I do order the food is good. Many times we've ordered and they were out of this if that.
On multiple occasions, when trying to place an order, I've been told "That's not on the menu." Is salami in my calzone really that peculiar of a request? But I digress, I've continued to order from them. That is until last week. We were told our pizza would take an hour because they were backed up. When we showed up to get our pizza it was cold and had obviously been done for half an hour AT LEAST. Not the kind of establishment that is open to honest complaints about bad food. So we ate or cold pizza and resolved to never order from VIP again. There's mediocre pizza all over Brattleboro. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.
I have always loved this place but tonight I was reminded why, tonight I had a less the satisfying experience when I waited an hour for a drive to show up telling me he doesn't have my stuff and that I cancelled most of it. I called back and a very nice women said she'd send my order out fresh when it was done. A young women arrived and I tried to pay and tip her knowing she wasn't the first driver... She took nothing not even the tip. Always a pleasure vip even on the rough nights u still do a wonderful job maken sure ur customers are happy.
Normally their food is excellent, but the grilled chicken salad was disappointing today. The chicken was so dry and tough, it was as if (NOT saying it was) it was cooked yesterday.

This place is hardly ever open..great food bit pricey but you never know if they are open or not
