I will not take my cat back to this man. I have taken pets to him for the past 15+ years. At a recent visit he got rather rude and huffy with me because he said we were giving the cat to much medicine even though we remember positively how much he told us to give. After going over again how much and how often and even sending a text to my husband while I was right there in front of the entire staff reading out loud what I was saying in my text to him so that I didn't get it "wrong" ... a few days later when picking up a refill on the medication he went off on my husband saying that we were over dosing the cat still, asking how hard is it to understand simple instructions. We are now taking our cat and any others in the future to another vet. He can't remember what he tells people, the staff refuse to stand up for us knowing he did tell us one thing, though he said he didn't. If you car about your animal do not go here.
I've been to many veterinary clinics over the years and besides the late Trudy Matts practice, Gateway is the most inexpensive and Dr Angell is much more personable than he was when he was at Windham Vet!"
Had an emergency; my father's bulldog couldn't breath and rushed her to this vet. He refused to treat her because "he had to make a deposit". The bulldog died in my car minutes later. She could've been at least stabilized but he refused to do that.
Dr Angel doesn't know what he tells clients and staff to afraid to loose their jib and say yes Dr you did say that. He has been seen hitting pets infront of owners
I loved the whole experience from beginning to end the receptionist was very welcoming and answered any questions I had and dr.angell was very good with my puppy made her feel comfortable before giving shots I felt he took the time to answer and questions and concerns I had and their prices are very reasonable I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet
