The reception staff is so friendly and accommodating, I appreciate the flexibility they extend when a scheduling emergency arises. We have been very pleased with our daughter's experience at Brattleboro Orthodontic Specialists. The whole process was well explained at the start and the outcome seems excellent. Her treatment was more complicated than some. She was well taken care of throughout.
We were originally referred to a different orthodontist, but went with Dr. Miller instead even though it's a long drive for us. I could not be happier with the decision. My daughter's teeth are perfect now and she is so pleased with the outcome. Incredibly, our appointments always started on time or earlier, if we were early. This is huge for a busy working parent. The office is truly a model of efficiency and every staff member is a pleasure to interact with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Our family always has an excellent experience at Dr. Miller's! Both of my daughters are now in braces and we have been seeing him for awhile in anticipation of when they would be needed. On the big day that they were placed he has called us the following day to follow up and see how they were doing. His assistants are the bomb and make it fun for them to come in! All of his office staff are friendly and helpful with what I am sure is not easy for all of us trying to schedule after school appointments. Dr. Miller always has a smile and an encouraging word for my girls. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
