I agree, VERY rude receptionist. I had work done there years ago then switched to a more local dentist since I was traveling over an hour to get to Estee dental which the old receptionist totally understood. Well my dentist here retired so I called to get an appt but didn't get that far in the conversation. I said " I would like to make an appt" she said "name" I told her then she says "YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO SEE WHO YOU HAVE BEEN SEEING" I said " OK" and hung up real nice. Luckily a new practice nearby were taking patients.
Top-notch experience. Wonderful staff and doctor. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended. Incidentally, I am terrified of needles, and the way they injected the novacaine, I didn't even feel the needle. Everyone there is very friendly, too.
We have had great luck and wonderful service at Estey Dental. Four members of my family use Estey Dental and we all have very different needs. They work with all of us, from 21-62 years of age. I am especially appreciative that there isn't an assumption that we an afford expensive options at the drop of a hat. The dentists have helped us have healthy teeth, and they have send x-rays and files to multiple oral surgeons in hopes of finding one who can do the job. I recommend Estey Dental highly.
Horrible service. Dentist yelled at my 5 year old for crying while he drilled her tooth. Had to go back numerous times for the same filling . Not to mention she had had an infection under the tooth he was filling and he did nothing to treat it. Stay away from Estey Dental. If you have a child needing dental care go to pioneer valley in greenfield MA.
Was billed for services I didn't authorize nor originally scheduled my appointment for. Estey later admitted the mistake and told me they would issue a full refund. The refund never happened and I ultimately received a full refund from my credit card company, who subsequently ruled against Estey and found their charges to be baseless & unjustified.
