Dr. Jones is THE BEST dermatologist out there--certainly, one of the best in the United States. Her dermatological and general medical knowledge are both astounding. The treatments, regimens, products, and medications she prescribes work EVERY SINGLE TIME. She takes the littlest, mildest dermatological concerns and presenting problems seriously EVERY TIME. Dr. Jones has never, ever told me, upon me saying, "Look at this thing on my skin, what's wrong with me?" anything like, "I don't see anything," "There's nothing wrong with you," or, "You have to go to a different doctor to get help with that/I'm not dealing with it." Dr. Jones is SO hard-working--I have never been rushed in one single appointment--Dr. Jones ALWAYS takes her time with me, even if it means the other patients have to wait. She always asks about how the rest of my health (my non-dermatological health) is going, and makes it clear that she cares about all of my health. She started carrying Vanicream products in her office in 2007-2008, and because of that, I found out about Vanicream all those years ago, which has changed my life, since that brand makes the best skin care products that exist. Best of all, if asked, Dr. Jones will take a very, very long, close look at any area of my skin that I ask her to evaluate or assess in any way, such as when I ask her, "How bad or not bad is the sun damage on my face? Do I look like my legal age, or do I truly look younger than that?" Dr. Jones gets it, and does something about it, too, re. appearance concerns in her patients, and she does it all with compassion, warmth, and respect. Dr. Jones is so great, and has been such a benefit to my health, medical knowledge, and appearance that, even though I live in Philadelphia now, if I travel anywhere near Brattleboro, VT at all, I always make sure I have an appointment with Dr. Jones--she is worth the trip. I just can't say enough about Dr. Jones--she is the best dermatologist there ever was!
