I've had poor experiences with Aerus. Once the service person came from a far distance and wasn't told that I had cancelled the appt. Another time the local service person didn't show. I called and was told he would be late. When I called again they said he had to reschedule for 2 hrs. later. 2 hrs. later, again, no show. This time when I called they said they would check on him and call back and they never did.
Didn't think anybody could beat Comcast in incredibly poor customer service, but this company certainly has done that and more! Twice now getting our powerhead for our central vacuum fixed,, twice now received someone else's power head back, second time using it since the "repair" and it falls apart wires exposed. Bull$&@?!!!!
Hate this damn system about having to mark at least one star just to make a posting.
Sure, you can spam call monthly to want to service the whole house system even when we repeatedly decline, but you can't do a minor repair successfully.
