I didn't expect a PERFECT TEN, but the prime rib I had last night at Jack's Tavern, (at Brattleboro Country Club), was the best I have had in over 20 years. Tender, cooked TO PERFECTION, generously cut, and seasoned in a way that lets the meat speak for itself. If you are a Rib Fan like me, and you like it RARE, go ahead and try this place out. Overall experience FIVE STARS, amazing service, fair pricing, great glass of wine and sitting on the back porch looking out over the fairway.....priceless!
