Get this, on top of that sad story - He came recommended from a friend of mine that has a kitchen shop, and on top of that I indicated Im a landlord and have SIX high-end apartments under construction and will buying new appliances for all within the next six months.
I highly recommend Cocoplum. And I strongly suggest everyone stay away from JCP.
After a 7+ weeks nightmare dealing with JC Penney appliances, I just had a delivery of a washer and dryer from Cocoplum. The salesman was very helpful and the 2 guys that delivered the machines were very professional. They were kind, polite and made sure the machines were in place and leveled. Great guys!.

So disappointed. I tried to spend locally but ended up with great service, knowledgable, friendly, not pushy, great prices at Home Depot instead.
Must be nice being a business in Windham County Vermont and be doing sooooo well you can blatantly not care about a $7500+ order.

I was doing my best to spend local and not buy four new kitchen appliances and a new washer and dryer set from Home Depot. I have contacted Cocoplum on a Monday, I told them what our budget was and the size and requirements for each item in the purchase. A week later I had not hear anything back from them. It's a $8500 order, you would think someone would care. Once I talked to the employee (you know who you are; I'm being courteous by not mentioning your name) he sent over chicken scratch photocopied price and details for two items to my email. No choices, not explanation of options, cost/benefit, warranty etc. The only thing he told me was that "I'm a Whirlpool Man" OK WTF is that? No time to go through the sales purchase with me? Its only the third largest purchase Ill make in years. I asked for a further recommendations and warranty. I never heard back from the salesman. Never received a quote on the other four appliances.
The attitude of the employees of Cocoplum is less than stellar. The first person you encounter acts like he is doing you a favor when he talks to you. I brought in a vaccum cleaner they had previously fixed and had only been used 5 times - and they quoted their 30 day policy - even though I paid $200 for the fix. It breaks after 5 uses. I am still waiting for a call back on the 2nd repair. Not impressed.
I purchased my washing machine at here. I have had a great experience with Cocoplum. They are friendly, knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I have interacted with Chelsea and Jesse and they have been absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommended!
