Absolutely horrid experience!
Ryan and the crew decreased the stress involved with moving with excellent customer service and general relaxed and efficient manner. Ryan was very helpful as our move weekend turned into snow then mudseason. I got the best truck from the best location at the best time for conditions.
Had a reservation for two months and a conformation number and still could not follow threw! They said they were sorry for the inconvenience. They could not use the one truck they did have in the parking lot because of "paper work". Happy to say with one phone call to Penske and an hour we had are truck. Thanks for nothing U-haul. You lost mine and many other customers that day!
