But that's what is so cool. He told us how his truck had broken down on 89 for three hours, and he decided to deliver it himself, because he wanted to make sure he got us the shipment today, no matter what.
At 4:00 pm, Jeff drove up the driveway in a blue Subaru and my wife and I wondered, "Who the heck is that."

Jeff, from Brattleboro UPS, just delivered my table saw in his own personal car. I was expecting the shipment from Amazon, yesterday, but then it was updated that it would be here by 1:30 today. I did express shipping because I have a project I need to complete under a tight timeline, and I was stressed about it not being here.
The older gentleman working the counter has always been extremely nice to me when I've had to ship a package.
Generally UPS does a great job getting me my stuff and leaving it at the front door however the driver that delivered my package most recently left it on my front steps in the rain. Couldn't be bothered to bring it an extra 5 feet to the door where it would have been protected even though there was another UPS package sitting at the door where it was put a few days before and left protected in good shape. The package that got soaked was paperwork that needed signatures, essentially ruined. I don't appreciate what seemed to be a lazy or indifferent UPS delivery person. I am shocked because it is the exception to the rule.
