5 Stars! We adopted a dog from this shelter last summer and were very impressed by the process, the staff, the level of information provided and the outcome. What a wonderful dog we took home. Everything the shelter told us about him proved to be true -- and he is even better than all of that! We highly recommend the WCHS.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was close to closing time they took the time to work with us. No pressure or feeling of being rushed. Fuzzy (aka Daisy) is adjusting very well and I am very happy with my decision
Very unhappy with them, they gave me a sick dog which made my current puppy at home sick. They assured me the dog was in good health. Now I'm stuck with bills and they claim they can't help me because of low fund's!!! YOU MADE MY PUPPY SICK! Own up to your faults!!! 23 dollars is nothing! How about pay for what you caused!!! I'm livid! On top of that...the dog that made my puppy sick was back on their facebook days later up for adoption...yep find another sucker!
I love that I found my best friend at the shelter it feels good to help out a dog needing a new home. The staff are not very nice but it's not about them lol
